Karma -8 days
Karma rejuvenation package gives back the proper functioning of musculo-skeletal system. Karma consists of a package of sessions which concentrate on head, neck and shoulder, low back and other joints of concern. Along with the Ayurveda full body massage, steam bath, potali massage, western therapies like trigger point therapy and deep tissue techniques are included in the sessions. Price $400 for 7 days.
Keshamruth- 4 sessions
Kesamruth consists of 4 sessions of hair treatments. Each session included warm medicated oil massage for scalp, hair steam and application of herbal paste(Brahmi, Amla,Aritha, Shikkakai, Bringa) on scalp. This helps to reduce hair fall, reduce dandruff and promote hair growth. Sessions can be taken 1 or 2 weeks apart. Follow up regimens and suitable hair oil will be provided. Price $150 for 4 sessions plus hair oil.
Swasthya - 8 days.
Swathya Detox makes one walk through a guided step by step process of mind and body purification, through a set of Ayurveda regimens. Swasthya treatments removes the toxins from the body, restore the balance of body and mind, correct the metabolic errors and stimulate the weight loss. It relieves the stiffness in joints and muscles and improves the range of motion. Customized sessions for back pain , headache, seasonal allergies are included in this package. Swathya consists of 7 day treatments including an 8 th day cleansing process. Two panchakarma treatments are included along with Pizhichil (pouring warm oil all over body), Sirodhara(pouring luke warm oil on forehead continuously along with head massage), Potali massage, steam bath etc. Yoga and meditation sessions are provided as per request. Ayur Glow aims at total skin detox. Package consists of : 1.Herbal Facial with all natural and herbal products including a freshly prepared face pack. 2. Full body scrub and wrap- The full body scrub is followed by a nourishing cream wrap which polishes the skin. Highly recommended to do once in 3 months since it exfoliates the dead skin, opens the skin pores and nourishes the skin. It is a perfect gift for a bride also. Price $100
NetraSoukya
Netra Soukya package aims to strengthen the eyes, relieve dry eyes and reduce eye irritations. Netra Soukhya package consists of Netra vasthi- an eye treatment in which medicated or pure ghee is retained in eyes for 15- 35 minutes, eye exercises in yoga like Trataka and herbal supplements for eyes. This package is highly recommended for children wearing glasses and for people using computer, tablets, iphones etc. for long duration. Price $280 for 7 days $40 per session.
Soothika Paricharya
Soothika paricharya is the Post delivery package. This package of treatments is for 7,14 or 21 days. It is designed to restore and rejuvenate the body which travelled through all the stress, strain and hormone changes that happened in the last 40 weeks. Along with the full body massages, hot fomentation, potali massage, medicated bath etc. specific instructions are given about diet, and ways to reduce tummy and strengthen the abdominal muscles. Herbal supplements are also provided. Baby bath also provided on request. Price $400 for 7 days.
Prenatal package
Prenatal package pampers the mom to be and helps a healthy pregnancy period. It aims to reduce the stress and difficulties during pregnancy period. Pre-natal sessions reduce the back pain, calf muscle cramps and pain, reduce swellings and provides good sleep. Recommended to take once in 2 weeks. Price $400 for 7 sessions.
